Hotel Rooms are based upon availability

No Outside Food, Flowers, Professional Photographers, Professional Video, etc are allowed in the chapel. We are a FULL Service Wedding Chapel.

FINAL PAYMENT - Your balance is to be paid in full two weeks prior to your
Wedding. The card we have on file will be charged unless you provide another
card. Please refer to your Invoice for further information.

Should you choose to reserve the chapel or gazebo or any outdoor location
for your wedding ceremony Valley of Fire Weddings will not be held liable
which would be considered reason beyond our control should any of the
following occur, accidents, restrictions on travel, hotel operations, goods
or supplies, acts of war and acts of God. There will be no refunds issued.
If, for any reason, the reserved space is not available for the function,
other spaces of comparable quality in the Hotel will be substituted. Please
let us know if we may assist you any further.

Any flower changes or upgrades must be done 2-weeks prior to your ceremony

Limousine Service depends on Location of Pick-Up.

Limousine service is complimentary and does not change the price of the package if not used

Ministers work for donations, Limousine Drivers for Tips! (Unless otherwise specified in a particular package)

We do have other Weddings scheduled, therefore, please be courteous to the next Bride and Groom by being on time. We ask you to please advise your guest to also be on time.
Please be prompt as a courtesy to other wedding parties.

After 1 day of booking your Wedding, your deposit becomes non-refundable. Your balance is to be paid in full two weeks prior to your Wedding. The card on file will be charged unless you provide an additional card. If your date is less than 2 weeks out there are no refunds

By action of reserving a Wedding, or related service with Valley of Fire Weddings you agree to be bound by our terms, conditions and all Policies.
